Good Morning Sir. smiley
Mizzy our Queen where have you been?

I noticed when omenka/progressive01 was trying hard to bully you away from the politics section.

Just mention us whenever he tries nonsense.

We have a way of dealing with him very well.

He usually flees to the yorubas for cover when we start to batter his head from different angles and is very good at reporting to the MODs.

He has now been reduced to cheering them on when we fight to help them. grin grin

We miss you oo. cheesy cheesy

Things are really getting worse in Nigeria, I must confess. Dividing Nigeria is going to take more than just militancy. But will that really solve our problems
Why you see Igbos and the Niger Delta people shouting is because we cannot accept the yoke of slavery like the other rejected part of the south.

PoliticsBuhari Has Already Divided Nigeria. by AgentOrange(op): 1:57pm On Aug 18, 2016
To all those condemning IPOB & NDA, I want to let you know that Buhari has already divided Nigeria into 97% & 5%.

These groups are only trying to finish what Buhari has already started.

The only prayer now is for the far north to discover as much crude oil that they can drown in if they so wish.

Never have we had such a divisive, wicked and bigoted human being like Buhari as president before.

Nuff said.

But what about those Flat-head nah? I thought they said Niger Delta is Biafra and Biafra is Niger delta
Why are these cone-heads like this nah?

Why are you so afraid to stand on your own?

MASSOB has asked the U.N. to divide Nigeria into six countries where they clearly separated Biafra from Niger Delta Republic.

Don't you have shame?

Niger Delta are speaing that they want their own country and you are already thinking about Igbos.

You should be happy to allow troublesome Igbos who don't respct their'accomodating 7 sophisticated' hosts to go.

Now read this:

Divide Nigeria into six zones – BIM, MASSOB urge UN, other world powers

Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, and Biafra Independence Movement, BIM, have pleaded with the United Nations, UN and other world leaders to divide Nigeria into six geo-political zones as a permanent solution to the myriad of problems facing the nation.
The groups noted that granting the six geo-political zones in Nigeria self-rule would be the only solution to the many challenges.

In a statement signed by the Director of Information of the pro-Biafra group, Chris Mocha, the two groups called on the UN and other super powers to consider the lives of people that are killed on a daily basis in Nigeria arising from insurgency in the North East and Fulani herdsmen and respond to their call.

Mocha said the proposed nations include South East[To include our lands faudulently carved into present day Rivers state in 1976 and parts of Delta north), (Biafra)], South-South (Niger Delta), North East, North West, South West, (Oduduwa) and North- Central.

– Apostle Suleman says he has nothing against Igbo people and Biafra

– He received criticism when he said the quest for Biafra is dead and buried

– He says he is one of those championing the call for the release of Nnamdi Kanu Apostle Johnson Suleman has reacted to the backlash that trailed his proclamation that Biafra is dead and buried and agitators should suspend their quest. It was earlier reported that the fiery prophet in an interview with Encomium magazine during the weekend asked Igbos to forget the agitation as they can’t even rule themselves.

However the apostle has retracted his statement following series of backlash from pro-Biafra agitators. In a series of tweets, the religious cleric said he was not against Igbo people nor did he hate them. He said he has been calling for the release of Nnamdi Kanu and is not against Biafra.

Point of correction. Kwara state is geographically and politically northern Nigeria. The emir is a northerner. Yorubas migrated to kwara and must be made to leave kwra for northerners after the division of Nigeria.

Though I Was Born And Raised In Ibadan And By All Right I'm An Ibadan Man But I'm Very Concerned About Kwara State Cos My Father Is From There.

Who Really Put Kwara In The Northern Nigeria? Considering The Fact That Majority Of Us Are Yorubas Because We Have Numerous Obas In The LGAs And Just An Emir In Ilorin. I Hate it When I'm Being Told I'm From The North.

If Nigeria Were To Be Divided, Where Will Kwara Fall; To The North Or To The West. Or The Yorubas Will Go To The West And The Nupe And Co Will Follow The North?

How is Kwara even yourba to u people? Let's be realistic... because afonja goes all the way to settle there doesn't mean he didn't meet some locals there...

After Oyo state is ondo, then Edo and kogi.. And funny enuff, jogi was carved out if Kwara state. Why wld u say Kwara is yourba and kogi is middle belt?

Kwara is not a nothern state.. It is more like kogi which has many tirbes including Yoruba, claiming their own settlement. In kogi, there are igala, ebira, kabba, okun etc who were all kwarans when kogi was never existing!

So, was it afonja who actually created Kwara?

The answer is no... It just like saying South Africa belongs to the whites because they predominated the place!

Kwara is middle belt and not a Yoruba state! Middle belts are known to house a lot of other tribes who always claimes the land as theirs!
Why are you now trying to deny your land of Ilorin cos of shame?

Ilorin used to be yorubaland. Those days yorubas had different titles like the ruler of the Oyo empire was called Alaafin not Oba.

The bottom line is that the traditional ruler of Ilorin should be a Yoruba title and not EMIR.

See extracts from this link, you can read further:

The only important difference is that the Nupes, being much less numerous than the Yorubas, were completely absorbed into the Empire, whereas in llorin the Fulani succeeded in detaching and assimilating only one of the many States of Yorubaland.

To the south-east of Old Oyo lay the city and district of florin, an important bastion which was governed by a military commander called Afonja.

OPCNAIRALAND:
OP,
You should actually regard this a plus! No one denies that Kwara state as a whole is a Yoruba state, no one! Even the Northerners admit to it that Kwara belongs to Yoruba. It is a plus that Yorubas have footprints in North, represented by Kwara and Kogi states. Similarly we have footprints in Delta, represented by Ondo state.

In terms of culture we can be found in Itsekiri and as well in Anioma. So you should be proud of the spread. Do not forget who you are because we in SW do not forget you and at every opportunity we stand up and fight away enemies who may have ideas about changing your land and your ethnicity, they can never succeed. Yorubaland extend to Jebba, Lokoja and Niger Delta.
Ilorin has been annexed by the fulani and they have also threatened yorubas that if Nigeria should break, they will tyake everything.

Let me remind you of the pronouncement of one of your Fulani masters, Alhaji Aliyu Gwarzo:

"...We also captured Ilorin, killed their local King and installed our Fulani Emir. We took that ancient town away from the barbarian Yoruba and their filthy pagan gods. We liberated all these places and all these people by imposing Islam on them by force. It was either the Koran or the sword, and most of them chose the Koran..."
