Thanks for responding. Yes the reason for rejection is related to the ADR but I still had up to 21st of this month to provide the documents. In fact I had gotten all already except for the last one. Yes, I ordered GCMS in 2021 but the it didn't signify anything wrong with my application , nothing was flagged. What is confusing me is that why will they request for additional documents for eligibility and then reject me before the due deadline of providing the documents GraciousWords: IRCC are usually very clear in any rejection. What was written in your letter about why you failed eligibility? Is the rejection related to the ADR? Did you ever order GCMS notes? What were the officer's comments ?
You can send a webform, direct email to your VO to explain anything that needs to be cleared up and if I were you, I'd contact a lawyer like yesterday, AOR Dec 2020 is not beans....but you need the reason for the rejection to do this. Good luck! |

Hello everyone,
I have an issue. I have applied for Express entry since December 2020 and apart biometrics update and a few ghost updates, it has been radio silence since then. However on September 21, I got a request for remedicals, then after a few hours I got ADR as well. I immediately booked my medicals and started sorting the additional documents that were requested. I did my medicals last week it was approved on Wednesday. But on Friday, I got an update on my account that my application has been refused based on eligibility grounds. This is surprising because I still have till October 21 to provide the additional documents requested from me. Also, despite the fact that I received a refusal letter the status of application is still on "action required" referring to the pending ADR. My first instinct was to file a technical complaint which I did. But I would like to know if someone has gone through this before and which alternative means I can use to register my complaints about the situation. |

Mmamaroon: Very sad.....
I hope people will read and learn or just read up on IRCC website. If he currently lives in a country, the PCC CANNOT be expired.
But either currently or formerly living in Ukraine.... 2018 though....if it's a few weeks or months VO may have even used his church mind...but 2 year old PCC is ...... ......applicants beware.
It's to redo and smash IELTS and re-enter the pool.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html This thing happened to me last year too. Mine was Italy Police certificate but i was lucky enough that I was refused shortly before the last draw of 2020. I just went right back into the pool and I got another ITA. If you have lived somewhere else apart from Nigeria, Don't sleep on PCC issues. I wish the person the best sha. |

Pls don't quote me o. Lol. A signed letter of sponsorship is enough tp back a bank statement from your parents. Also I got my visa today; Private School, Postgraduate, No medical insurance |

And mind you that your mum and dad name is on the date of birth This is the first time I am hearing about Bank Reference Letter, I was thinking all you need is just a Letter of Sponsorship signed and dated. |

newacca: Good one, I must tell you. I think your prospective school have stake in the startup scene there. Ecosystem is at infant stage in Italy compared to U.K and likes of Republic of Ireland; this maybe a pro or con for you, depending on your long term goals. You may join the community and if you want to launch a startup, you may establish in Italy and have international mindset. But the startup scene there is growing.
All in all, I would be looking forward to welcoming you to Rome, if I am still in town when you come. Alright thanks. I want to ask you a question though, my tuition fees is wholly funded by the school and my programme is just for one year. is a 3 million Naira bank statement enough for my student visa application? Also I will need your personal contact details. |

yomitekons: The race to living in Italy has just began with application of visa but I can assure you tougher days is ahead when you get here, especially if you don't have a person here. In returning the favour Nairaland did for me when I was applying for my visa, I've come up with a plan alongside my friends here, though its still a work in progress, for those coming to Rome Italy,I think we want to assist. Boss, this sort of assistance will be really appreciated. I will be resuming September at the LUISS Business School in Rome. Can I get your personal contacts. |
