seems like you’re missing the core of what I’m trying to say. I’m not denying that stories like this happen… they do

But the way it often happen is like a rare unicorn… one in a thousand, maybe even one in ten thousand. And I can’t build a business on luck or on chances that slim.

I’ve sat with this for a while… thinking, rethinking, turning it over in my head. After a lot of deliberation, I’ve come to a conclusion that feels grounded in clarity not hope or luck or spkepicisitim , hoping my property fit go up in 10 years time , I can’t do that pls…
it my hard earned money we are talking about here not some kind of lottery win ….

Just About a week ago sef , I was just scrolling through Instagram when a friend sent me a message with a link. “You need to see this,” they said. Curious, I clicked it, and it took me to a post exposing “P Wan Real Estate” for allegedly scamming their followers. As I read through the details, my heart sank. The post laid it all bare… how this company had been scamming people in with promises of dream homes, affordable plots, and secure investments, only to take their money and allocate fake stuffs to them .

People had poured their life savings , just imagine it oga , their hopes, their futures into these deals, only to be left with nothing…

Really couldn’t stop thinking about it. The more I read, the deeper it cut. kept imagining the way real estate is often presented in Nigeria feels a lot like a Ponzi scheme to me. Flashy, fast, and full of promises … but when you strip it down, the risks are heavy, and Like Recyclables.. like robbing Peter to pay Paul . And I’m not built for that kind of gamble.

Have done my homework … real feasibility studies. And from everything I’ve learned and experienced, I can say with my full chest : compounding is the fastest and safest bet . It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. It works … predictably, consistently .. and that’s what I need to build something that lasts.

That’s the path I’ve chosen.

Thank you

From my observation, I think your fears are where and who to get involved in your fund. Even if the interest rates are not as much as stated, you're still likely to choose this mode of investment. It's quite unfortunate how corrupt our people have become. Your own blood sef no safe. At least there are businesses that one can earn as much as 40-50% profits, but trust is the key ooo!
