It's not ojoro per-se, what he used (i think) is a template. He ought to have edited it a little bit (that's what my sister wey be web design novice talk) .

It was worse o! Na TOTAL Ojoro!

He actually downloaded the original site and uploaded to his own domain space.
No template at all - just complete theft of another website.
All he changed was contact details.

Original owners must have warned him to remove it or else!!
