My measure of intelligence is not to take online stuffs serious and as you can see, its the haters of jude that has taken this matter serious, the Jude himself dont take it seriouse, he logs out and faces the real world.. And this is what i call intelligence...You become a slave to a person when you give him the key to determine when you go angry...And frankly speaking, jude is a master of controlling emotion7 and thats what i call intelligence.
after reading this hogwash you typed, I had to check your profile and I'm not in the least bit surprised.

Jasper83, you have spoken so well.

It's unfortunate to see graduates who have no experience in anything whatsoever applying for jobs and asking people first how much they pay in company XYZ, I find it absurd.

OP, let me digress a bit. I know how much I started with. My motivation has never been money because I believe strongly that I won't die poor. My first job, I had the same qualification as many others there who earned twice what I was paid. But I had no experience and the role was a small one. While there, I was doing more than I was employed to do. Because I had a lot of free time, they gave me books to read, prepare slides and do formal presentations. Initially, I felt like why should I be the one reading books on management to teach the others, can't the others read too? Am I the only jobless one here?

But you see, through humility, I learnt a lot and developed myself. About five months after I left there, I was called back but my value had gone up and they couldn't match it. I walk into the company and they are proud of me because they know I can't share my career story without first starting with them.

I saw myself at the very bottom when I started with them but they saw me differently. The things they made me do which I saw as punishment were the same things which later brought me to where I am now and where I am headed for the future.

For me, vision is key. Everyday I left the office, I walked past a bank's head office and I said to myself, I'll work here. I took a picture of a head office in VI and made it my wallpaper, everytime I looked at the picture, I reminded myself that I was not going to end small. It didn't look it at the time but gradually it began to unfold and is still unfolding. I applied when they advertised, went through the recruitment exercise and in the end, that particular bank offered me employment months after I left the first place where I worked.

You're on the right path. Network. Most importantly associate yourself with the right people. You don't have to 'know' people. Success in life is like magnet, if you work and walk towards it, it will on it's on accord run towards you.
What's the essence of networking then? Or do you mean nepotism?

It's really shocking that despite how far we've come as a race and as a civilization, and all the knowledge we have acquired all through time, majority of us still haven't come to the realization that sex was designed for two things. For child birth and to please women. Yes. You read the second part correctly. Women are the ones that enjoy sex the most. They are the ones that need to be pleased. They are the ones that need to be stimulated more and they derive more pleasure than men derive. So tell me why exactly are men the ones pleading and paying to have sex with women? Why the hell are men feeding the egos of women by exercising embarrassing behaviours and expending their fortunes just so they can have sex with women?

As far as I am concerned women are the ones that need to do the begging. They are the ones that enjoy sex more. They need us more than we need them. Their lives would be immensely painful and unsatisfying without us. Without our rods in them, they would never experience the full pleasures of sex. We are the ones that should be doing the shakara for goodness sake.

And for the issue of giving women heads. This is the most embarrassing of all. Why in seven hells does any guy need to stoop so low as to stick his mouth in the vagina of a woman? Do you know the amount of bacteria and germs that inhabit that putrid wound called vagina? Why are we men so eager to please people who should beg and pay us for pleasing them? As for me, no woman, I repeat, no woman deserves me licking or sucking that smelling hole between her legs. I'd be a fool to do that to any woman for free. Why would I willingly decide to do something that I don't derive pleasure from? For me to put my tongue in a woman's vagina, she needs to pay me a lot of money.

Guys wake up. We are shaming ourselves by worshiping women just to have sex with them. They should be the ones worshiping us.
I'm sure you know if not for a woman, you wouldn't be in this world today?

Everybody deserve respect, in respective of their sex. Mind you, that respect must first be earned.

I discovered that many Youth go to clubs from Friday night till Sunday morning, parting, drinking and fornicating heavily. Yet on Sundays; many of them are our choirs, ushers, protocols and Sunday school Teachers. Should this be so; Many of us are so embedded with the World forgeting 1 John 2:14-16
That's what today's world is all about: hypocrisy, double standard, lies and deception.
