I am a foreign trained student, UK precisely. Up till today my dashboard still shows not yet evaluated. All my documents were complete and uploaded. Any reason for this? Any one experiencing same?

I need help pls,
I tried registering on monday with my phone. I got to the pre payment page and filled in my details, am yet to receive an email of my details, with a link to continue onto the payment page.
Am a foreign trained student. Any idea why is taking so long to get an email so as to proceed with my registration. Should I re-register?
Has any one encountered this issue pls?
