I tried LinkedIn but no luck. so I decided to start freelancing with upwork but the platform is over saturated though I still continue to apply for jobs..

Wow! You are talented bro. You can find job on Fiverr or Upwork. YouTube will give more insight on how to get gigs on the two platform.

I tried upwork couple more times upto now I am still trying but no any response because nowadays the platform is really saturated and I need to raise some funds before ASUU resumes that's why I want to build a relationship with local client to quickly get projects.

I am computer science student so I learned the basics at the university then I go in depth at YouTube.
if you are beginers I highly recommends w3schools then watch video tutorials also

Localhost... most cases, it's permission issue. Ensure your files and folder has the required privileges it needs. Since you've already increased the memory limit.

If none works, then disabling all your plugins and activate them one by one to see if there's a conflicting plugin.

I notice that it returns the errors when I add too much dummy content in the webpage either image or text.
I even increase the memory limit to 10Gb. and deactivate all plugins but all in vain

I'm currently learning WordPress and Elementor in my local machine using Xampp. so I install a theme with a starter template when I edit the page and click update button it returns "server. error" this issue stuck me since two days back without a solution.
I increase the PHP memory limit and WordPress memory limit but still in vain. what should I do please?

Bots I've still gotten a gig from a 50 proposal, but you have to be sure of what you type and sound convincing. Apply in the evening time that is when US is active.

This upwork nowadays is really really saturated often web development. how comes if you seen a job with less than 5 proposals before you even write a cover letter the job will probably have 20 to 50 proposals. some times I even say some freelancers are not human beings but robots. the possibility of winning a job as a new freelancer is very low.

It takes me couple of weeks to complete this project.
it is a progressive e-commerce web app where customers can login/sign-up, view and purchase products. it also contains a blog where customers can add/view comments and replies.
the front-end is build with React.js | Bootstrap 5 | Redux toolkit | SCSS | and the backend is build with PHP and MySQL and I used flutterwave as a payment gateway
