Christianity EtcSex In The Church! Wife Accuses Top Lagos Pastor Of Sleeping With Church Members by AINATOLULOPE(op): 8:40am On Jan 07, 2015
Things have fallen apart and the center can no longer hold, as the Holy Church of God seem to have been desecrated by the leaders, thus the Founder and his wife are fighting dirty in court over the case of gross infidelity.

Pastor Amadi Ibeh and his wife have become frequent visitors to Grade A Customary Court Ojo in attempt to end their 7-year old marriage over the case of severe infidelity, battering, lack of respect, no more love and more.

According to the petitioner, Mrs. Gloria Ibeh, their marital problems escalated when she started noticing unusual closeness between her husband and some female members of the church.

“At first, I mistook their closeness for maybe follow up on deliverance or counselling.

Then I started hearing rumours of how he has been desecrating the house of God by having carnal knowledge of some of his prayer partners. I openly confronted him and he denied it vehemently,” she lamented.

After the first encounter trying to make her husband desist from his unholy shenanigans, it was a flop. Yet the speculation kept disturbing her and was at the verge of tearing the church apart.

Taking another bold step of courage, the self acclaimed prophetess asked her husband again about the ‘sex in the church’ accusation but painfully she got the beatings of her life.

“I couldn’t condone it any more; it was becoming so glaring and disturbing. As a wife who cares about her husband and the welfare of the church, I asked him again if he has anything sexual relationship with some women in the church, but he descended on me and hit me mercilessly. His beatings later became constant and our marriage began to fell apart,” she said.

Since all her efforts to make her husband turn a new leaf fell on deaf ears, Gloria resulted for a formal dissolution of the union to give way for peace and the separation of their ministry.

Meanwhile, when the visibly embittered man was summoned into the evidence box to either affirm or deny the allegations leveled on him, it was a twist of tale from his account.

Amadi intensely denied soiling his hands in any form of adultery, but maintained that his wife was badly influenced by her friends and family who kept feeding her with false news and bad advice.

“I have tried all I can to make her believe in me and concentrate on taking our ministry to greater height but she wouldn’t listen.

I thought that my wife would one day change from her awkward behaviour but to my utmost dismay, I came back from my office one fateful day to meet my house deserted. She had parked out all her belongings including mine. Varying from my money, clothes, and other accessories. And till date, she is yet to return them back to me.

I am also fed up with her behavior but I don’t want to quit the union. I believe that with God everything is possible. I plead with the honorable court to intercede on my behalf to beg her to come back home.”

After listening to both parties, the members of the court tried to mediate and broker peace between them but the woman was adamant and insisted on divorce and nothing less.

However the bride price paid on her was advised to be returned as a starting point for the divorce proceedings. But Amadi argued that he and family paid N20, 000 but Gloria and family insisted it was N6, 000.

The President of the court, advised them to go back home to reach an agreement on how much was actually paid. He thereby adjourned the case to later date for further hearing.

PhonesBy 2020, Smartphones Will Replace Our Mobile Purse - Report by AINATOLULOPE(op): 3:39am On Dec 17, 2014

NFC, HCE and BLE technology for contactless payment is gaining worldwide acceptance. Over the next years, smartphones will replace purses and offer a range of different payment options with value added services.

ICT Company, Ericsson ConsumerLab in its annual trend report has released ten consumer trends, identifying the most important trends for 2015 and beyond.

While mobile money is gaining ground across many markets, the report among predicted that 48 percent of smartphone owners would rather use their phone to pay for goods and services.

Accordingly, 80 percent, the report indicated believe that the smartphone will replace their entire purse by 2020.

The way people pay for goods and services is changing. Not so long ago you needed cash or a credit card, but increasingly mobile phones will be used for making
payments – at least for small transactions, the study can reveal.

Recall that Apple's mobile phone payment solution, Apple Pay, received widespread attention when it was announced earlier in october.
Due to launch in the UK next year, it will enable Apple customers to make payments via their iPhone 6 or 6 Plus phones using the device's fingerprint scanner (Touch ID) for
authentication, once a credit card is scanned and added.

A lot number of Blackberry & Android smartphones already have a built-in Near Field Communications (NFC) chip, enabling them to be used for contactless payments. According to Visa, there are 1.5 million payment terminals
across Europe capable of accepting contactless payment from a credit/debit card or NFC-equipped mobile phone.

Chains that already accept contactless payment include Pret A Manger, McDonald's and Marks & Spencer.

In no time, several other chains is expected to adopt the new platform. Thus, Erricson consumerLab's repot for 2020 is only way behind.

Although, currently, most customers who choose to make contactless payments use credit and debit cards. But for, Michael Björn,
Head of Research, Ericsson ConsumerLab, "With Only five years until 2020, the future really does seem closer than ever before; as smartphones is expected take over"

Speaking on the highlights of the report in a video
conferencing last week, Micheal told IT Journalists in Lagos that, "The
cumulative effect of smartphones becoming part of
mainstream society is astonishing. As consumers, we try out
new apps and keep the ones we think improve, enrich or
even prolong our lives at such a rapid pace that we don't
even notice that our attitudes and behaviors are changing
faster than ever."

Rebecka Cedering Ångström, Senior Advisor, Ericsson ConsumerLab, said that the report is changing the mentality of the consumers in the digital economy.

Although Nigeria was not among the countries used in the
report, she stated that media use patterns are globalizing, adding that viewers are shifting towards easy-to-use on-demand services that allow cross-platform access to desired content.

As the internet enables us to efficiently share information with unprecedented ease, the idea of a sharing economy, through smartphones, she said is potentially huge.

It's not just mobile phones that will be used for contactless payments. Wearable technology includes a wristband loaded with a computer chip, which is currently being trialled on the London Underground, as well as NFC-equipped smartwatches. And Samsung and PayPal could join forces for a new generation of smartwatch-based mobile payments.

While the wallet and purse it may not be dead yet, they could soon be replaced by new technical developments.
