Just forget any one that says "No longer under consideration"
It means you've reached your bustop on that application, they are no longer considering you.
Move on to the next job opening.

I'm thinking that those that have their application status changed are Graduate Hire and not Experienced Hire

The Subsea Engineer role i applied for is for experienced hire - minimum of 5yrs

Maybe after Graduate role they will move into experience role.

Update! Update!!

So everyone who received the test invite has written, except the nurses; their test was postponed indefinitely. (Don't ask me why because I don't know.)
So we are all waiting for the next stage—I think it's the interview stage—for those who passed the test. This includes the inspection engineers who received calls and emails from France.

I'm just providing this update for future reference because we too referred to the past NL post on TotalEnergies recruitment.

SUMMARY OF WHATS HAPPENING SO FAR!!
-Some candidates that received the verification mail didn't receive any mail for assessment.
While some are still hopeful some have started receiving rejection mails from TotalEnergies as at 12pm today.
-some candidates wrote their assessment today, while many are saying it's a walk through others are saying it's hard...mixed reactions.
Telecoms candidates haven't heard anything from TotalEnergies yet, some are now wondering if it's because of #CHIVIDO that TotalEnergies have forgotten about them.
-Inspection Engineers are still hopeful that theirs is directly from France, just 2-3 mins phone calls to about 10 of them so far.. they are waiting for the main interview.

Big boss this one that they were asking you if you’d like to relocate to France , would they require that you know how to speak French? Or you knowing how to speak French or not (bilingual proficiency) doesn’t matter

SUMMARY OF WHATS HAPPENING SO FAR....
Mails were sent to some candidates from TotalEnergies, the mail reads that they should expect an assessment test mail from Saville.. which as of today has started dropping.
Many were called or mailed directly for interviews, this is specifically for Inspection Engineers. Though some inspection Engineers also received mail for Assesmment.
Either way, it shows there's a lot of employment opportunities now in TotalEnergies.
For those that haven't received anything, Do Not lose Hope until your profile on TotalEnergies career page says otherwise. Mails and calls are still coming in as of today!!
For those that will be writing test soon, I wish you all the best of luck.
For those that have been interviewed, I wish you all success.
I pray one day, we all will meet in TotalEnergies and talk about Nairaland episodes.

Secondly, when you're asked for salary, please what did you tell them in USD, did you give them a range or did you call a specific amount?

Yes, I was asked specific ‘on the job’ type questions and how long I have been working in the industry. I was also allowed some time to talk about my experiences and why I want to leave my current job who are also a major competition. It really felt like an interview to be honest. Call lasted for 26minutes.

Someone said he knew someone that was sent an invite.
We couldn't validate the claim but that's the only one we got for inspection Engineers.

So one person said one of his colleagues got a mail for Inspection Engineer.

Like this now, na ONLY Inspection engineers remain!

Like I always said.. the two (whatsapp group and Nairaland forum) can exist separately.
Nobody is trying to scam anybody, we are all helping each other the best way we can.
I also gave reasons why I'm active on both.
Some people even got invite for Shell, from the application link someone posted on the group.

I'm really tired of all this! We are not enemies bruh!
