Got the link for the English test and did that
Got the link for the maths test and also did that but after three weeks, I got a mail that my CV was great but that they've found some people that were more equipped.

The next step was supposed to be the
Phone interview and the one-on-one interview.

The funniest part of this BAT recruitment of a thing is that, I applied for Technical Training and I didn't get anything or even confirmation of Application. Then suddenly today I got a mail that may application won't be furthered more on the job and also thanking me for taking my time in writing their culture questionnaire test which I didn't even got any mail for the link, talkless of taking the test.

I Think their server is bombarded with overcrowding which is making it malfunction.
