And so, dear reader, we arrive at the final page.

What began as hope, speculation, questions, and endless waiting has finally found its conclusion. The months turned their pages one by one, and after four long months, the successful candidates were invited for their medicals.

Then came the moment many had been waiting for. By the end of May, employment letters were issued, transforming anticipation into reality. And with the arrival of June, the new employees officially resumed, stepping into a chapter they had long hoped to write.

Every story must eventually find its ending, and this one has found a good one.

The letters have been delivered.
The seats have been occupied.
The journey has begun.

And here ends my story.

Can any of the technicians who have done medicals update us on whats going on... atleast for them.

We had like 8 different positions..
Say they are taking 2person per position (which is really very conservative) its still not up to 16.
I believe its coming in batches.
Like someone mentioned, it might just be the technicians.

An engineer who has gotten a response from seplat and is reading this can just clear the air please.

All those quoting me, you can check LinkedIn too you have smartphones.
They are experience hire not graduate trainee and they resumed February.
The process has been concluded go and verify

I do not doubt you on what you saw on LinkedIn but they might as well be contract positions.
How can they quietly conclude and not ONE person who got the job decided to update us on the process, even if its just "Medicals is going on now"
So its arguable.

Interview is still ongoing.
There is hope for someone out there.

I dont know everyone that got to the last stage (HR &GM) interview.
But from the few i know... None has received any offer yet.

As at today. The 21st of December 2025.
All the Interviews with GM and HR has been concluded.
As far as i know, No update yet from Seplat, No Offer has been given, No contact has been made.
Maybe it will happen early next year.

That's the point. I wasn't invited for the skill test.

Does that mean everything is over? Should I move on?

Because im really wondering how you will write the skill test for both.. cos skill test was physically written same day, same time for all roles except international colleagues that wrote theres online.

only done one, my second one is tomorrow. The one I did wasn't really that too techniccal, just had to run them through my daily routine at my current work place and they asked some questions with respect to the things I said.
