My HR status reads "Initial Review" for technical trainee

I applied and got the culture assessment test almost immediately. I haven't gotten the cognitive test too. I applied for technical trainee. I have been seeing you on almost all the BAT thread, saw you yesterday on a 2015 thread.

Just trying to get information...seemed not to be coming forth as needed.

i applied for electronic technician and got a mail for cognitive test...no cultural assessment.
i was surprised at first cos it suppose to be 'cultural questionaire b4 the cognitive test" until i read the email....

You'll go through ALL or SOME of the following assessment stages.
cultural questionnaire
cognitve test
telephone interview... etc

Bottom line.. you must not go through all of it.. so lets take some chill pill and pray, believe, hope(anyone you can)

Same thing here no feedback..why am shocked is that i have applied to several vacancies at BAT without smelling the CQ and after like months the regret mail comes.

Yes... I applied for Technical trainee and got the culture assessment link immediately.
I did it...But after that..nothing else till now.
So my guess is.."that's how they programmed it for this time"

I just wrote the cultural assessment.. the mail fmdropped immediately I applied..but till now nothing.
Who else got this

Yes, its a sub of IPT powertech, the invite mail sent to you can confirm that too... In Nigeria, they're into Telcom power (power for masts of different network providers & the associated electric stuffs)... If you rank "big company" by pay, then rank it urself because I heard that their trainees earn about 80k monthly, but you'll get trans allowance if u work on the field (most of their staff are field workers)... Also, expect basic GMath-like and electrical questions during the aptitude test (as per timing & stages, I don't know).

I hope the above info helps, I may not know further. Also note that this info may not be 100% infallible

I'm sure of chemical and information Technology... don't know of any other one!!

did they send text message too or just emails??

PENDING -SUCCESFUL SUBMISSION : This is not an error!!
It simply means that you have submitted successfully but still PENDING because your examination slip Is still Temporal... They will still cross check and send u ur REAL EXAM SLIP

Hello everyone...
For the documents upload... the size does not matter.. My NYSC,Degree cert and WAEC are more than 3mb and it was uploaded successfully.
We have different issues concerning this registration..ranging from "missing institutions" to different Passport on our page . The Truth Is that the I.T department of DPR knows about this and definitely the test will clear you out...so relax and just get your name into the system.
And let's just keep calm and wait cos after the test which will come up sometime next year... the interview/calls from them is in 3yrs time..ie 2019.

Because registration ends December... so definitely the exam will be next year!!

Thanks bro! But was any form of email sent to you after you registered...something like probably an acknowledgement email? (because I didn't get any). Also on the page that you saw after registering, did they post those certificates that you uploaded (WAEC, NYSC, Degree) alongside the reference number or anywhere around the page (because I didn't see any too)...

Nothing like that on mine too ... Nothing like that on anybody's... Just keep calm. You're safe!!

Click on the save and continue" and leave it for a while... it might look like nothing is happening but just keep calm and wait...may be 5 mins or 10 depending on ur browser speed... but that place takes a while without even showing you any "connecting.." Or " loading"..stuff. Goodluck

So this Exam will be in 2017 October or what... Just like we waited a whole Year for Dangote Refinery. #smh

There's also another recruitment going on In Dangote right now and they have reached their Interview stage but it's not Refinery!!
