They were administering CPR on people that were shot, the place was crowded because they had to stick together and the people there weren't skilled enough to do it. There is no how those people were going to make it. People were dying on her IG live.

Ambulances couldn't get to them because they were trapped, fire was set at both ends and later reports said soldiers stopped the ambulance from getting to them.
