He has not been anywhere frugal when it comes to blowing govt money or putting into his own business
I see any Obi supporter as either a lazy and ignorant person or a wicked soul. Segedinho belongs to the former, while the likes of Okpa and Prospa belongs to the latter.

Will not be happy but it speaks volume of ur constructive criticisms or maybe biased shot.

Is PO perfect. ??hell No

Is he frugal on himself with resources ?? Definitely

We don’t have any economic woes in this country rather we have spending problem and once d head spends unnecessarily,his/her predecessors doubles the effort.

I am only probably accepting ur 7yrs reduction cos I haven’t seen or research on it….but ur first claim was false wch could nullify ur present say

On the Abacha appointment,I also seen that he only worked for 2 weeks without any official appointment….this has totally rubbished talks of Tin can
The same Obi that shocked Wike with his expensive drinks?

Please confirm this when he was Governor:

Extravagant Spending on Vehicle Maintenance

Among the most eye-catching figures in the budget is the allocation of N200 million for the maintenance of motor vehicles and capital assets. While this figure may appear justifiable on the surface, what has sparked concern is that these vehicles — predominantly Peugeot 406s, as confirmed by sources familiar with state government procurement at the time — were government-standard cars not known for excessive maintenance costs.

Observers note that such an amount, dedicated to maintaining what are essentially mid-range sedans, suggests either gross inefficiency or potential misappropriation of funds. In contrast, the same line item received N135 million the previous year, meaning there was an inexplicable 48% increase in just one year.

Then it calls to question the reason behind your support for Obi.

Anyways, i have attached below an Obidient's posts on Obi's performance as Governor in Anambra before he turned the St. Peter in 2023. Now, he can kill for the same Obi and call some Yorubas, bigots for supporting Tinubu.

Don't be deceived by a well-packaged but sub-standard product.

How true is this video or LG election huh

An honest question

https://www.nairaland.com/8468901/throwback-video-peter-obi-swearing
According to report, Obi did that when he was about to leave office. Not different from a Governor that failed to do anything but approving elephant projects 2 months to the completion of his tenure. Some people that worked with him in the past had complained about his self-centeredness

So you don't know Hunger is the Chief-driver of insecurity in Nigeria? When people are hungry, the lazy one's will always look for a cheap way out (stealing) and from petty stealing they graduate to full time criminals thereby increasing the rate of insecurity in the country. Are you this naive??
How does food provision alone tackles underlying issues like lack of security forces/expertise, ideological extremism, or access to weapons?.

Like Obi like Obidients, shallow brains.

.......damn! I am gonna have to change my mind. Peter Obi is brilliant. See how he dissects power problem in the country as well as proffers solid solutions.

Very shallow.

I watched his reply on solution to insecurity and I was more disappointed. It was even Seun that was later trying to help him out with clue on policing.

I need to see reviews from Prospa and Blueraydick. No wonder he couldn't do much as Governor.

Selling Madueke because Estevao is coming will be an avoidable mistake, Madueke is improving and is an able deputy across the frontline
Me I don talk my own. A better coach will improve Madueke to a world-beater, despite the rough edges in his game.

He played with Jakujaku Jackson that wouldn't score to give you assists, he will be playing with Gyokeres next season.

Who among the Obidients here was asking what tangible thing Obi did in Anambra, when it switched to Enugu vs Anambra last year? Unconsciously he didn't know when he exposed Obi's non-performance as Governor. grin

BlueRayDick:
Just for clarification sake , I hope u and others know that not everybody who voted for Obi in the 2023 presidential elections are “OBIDIENTS” Wno don’t have any principles like u posited here .

I can speak for myself and not anybody else. I will speak thus:

1. I voted for Obi because he has the least baggage when u look at the the top 4 candidates fielded by various political parties as far as corruption and cutting down on cost of governance is concerned ( Out of Tinubu , Atiku , Obi and Kwankwanso it is a no brainer that Obi is the least corrupt and would prioritize cutting down on government officials’ excessive spending ).

2. If we are presented with the same choice again, I would vote Obi over and over again without batting an eyelid .

3. As of today, I won’t vote a coalition that has El-Rufai as one of its top voices . I also won’t vote a coalition that Isa Pantami as one of its leading voices . Pantami was on record to have sympathized with Boko Haram and Osama Bin Laden in the early 2000’s . It is a matter of principle , people like that don’t belong close to the seat of power because of how dangerous they are . Obi aligning with them won’t make me ever endorse people like that either directly or indirectly .

4. People like Tinubu should do not belong to ruling a country like Nigeria battling with rebranding its image in the international space . The fact that someone who forfeited over 460k USD traced to herioine trade to the US authorities made it to the op to become the president of this country should make anybody sick 🤮. The fact that he hasn’t turned a new leaf by awarding contracts without following due process and appointing people like Abacha’s bag man ( Atiku Bagudu ) as minister for budget should repulse anybody that still has a shroud of integrity .

5. One does not need to speak so much grammar to see that Tinubu’s policies in the last 2 years has pushed more Nigerians further below poverty line . It’s not everybody that speak truth to this fact that are suffering , but one should not be heartless enough to believe anybody saying things the way they are do it for political reasons . We are humans first before being political beings .
Obi aligning with them should reveal the hidden side of the man you are mistakenly backing.
