Can someone please tell me how to apply for passport at Abeokuta or Lagos, with the price.

I only know about Abeokuta. I met with an officer there who helps us with our passports, and I was able to get it that same day. I paid 35k or so..

When I did mine in Abeokuta last year, they only requested for some passport photographs, my birth certificate and a document that I can't remember, but I didn't have it and they still did it anyway.
