My website with them is always down, i have complained to them severally, it keeps going off and on like nepa and they don't seem to have a permanent solution.

I recently hosted a website with gigalayer.com and i want to here from others that have accounts with them, because my experience with them has not being funny.

Am not in lagos at the moment but thinking of going to lagos to visit their office, those of you over there, can't you guys locate their office?

I have about 4 website with qserver down for about five days now, a client is threatening to have me arrested, what plans do they have at qserver.
If they want us to upgrade the softwares we are using, how do we do that when we don't have access to the cpanel or backend of the website.

Do they plan to shut down the sites forever, after we made full payment for a whole year. I wonder what is really happening and no one can locate their office ?

I have the same issue with them, since yesterday morning about three of my websites has been down and i have tried all possible means to get to them but no response.
Their phone lines are not even going, can someone help, i have never had such experience with them before, what is happening with qserver.

I have close to twenty domain names registered with them, most of them are sites i made for clients, i keep receiving calls from my clients that their websites keep going off and on, i have blogs hosted with smartweb too and my employees complain of the same thing.

My websites keeps getting hacked and smartweb will always want to make it look like it is your fault, their customer service is so poor and they only attend to you when you get angry.

Please someone should just help me with a reliable hosting company, a company you have used and still using with no issues please.

@ haryomikun, but there are so many sites in naija with such categories and they all have AdSense on them e.g ripples.com.ng withinnigeria.com papertalk.ng signalng.com, just to many of them.

I was even thinking sites like the ones stated above are favoured by Google.

Hello, i just started a facebook business page and i noticed that whenever i place images on the page it does not appear as sharp as it does on my website.

I place the image on facebook by inserting the url of the webpage i want to promote and facebook will then pull info from my webpage where i can then change the image. Anyone who has managed a facebook page will know what am talking about.

I think the problem is with the dimension i set for the image, i guess there is a specific dimension that will make the image appear sharp.

Check this example below, this same image on my website looks sharp and bright but on fb it looks dull.

But when i place that image on facebook to act as a link to my website, it always appears blur, i honestly donot know why.

The image will appear fine on my system and on my website, but when i place it as a link on facebook, it looses its sharpness.

Can someone help me out pls.

I place the image using a link from my blog, you know whenever you place a url inside the facebook post box, facebook pulls out information from that web page including images.
