My question is that I am planning to study in University of Manitoba. My CGPA is 4.41. while my last for semester cgpas are 4.41,4.39, 4.43 and 4.31. Do I meet the international entrance scholarship point? I have been gathering my necessary documents for this admission. Any advice. My dream is just to study and work in a research field abroad.

It is no longer news that fresh engineers are not well recognized in industries. Infact, they look at us with disdain. This saddens my heart, as it is not our fault for such knowledge gap or lack of hands-on exposure. Moreso, no one to train us except you register for a training at a whooping sum of money. To gather such money is another topic for the day and to get a top-notch training centre is another issue.
My pain point here is, how can fresh engineers get experience especially the electrical and mechanical engineers. Can an expert in this fields give an insight
