Terrycarr, my brother where have you been. I have the utmost respect for you young man. |
Fulaman198:I too have thought your fetishes were disgusting, but I have turned the other cheek since you took the helm as our dear leader in the culture section. I only ask that you dont request pictures of my feet. That is all sir. |
ArtanK:I only tell the truth, I speak truth to fufu eaters. |
Fulaman198:The last set of pictures, sent to your email. Those were the feet of a Bantu in a dish of Fufu. |
Fulaman198, you owe me an apology. |
TerryCarr:To be fair, anyone who is not Somali/Ethiopian/Eritrean/Nubian who has soft hair and narrow features is mixed. Black americans were enslaved and were raped by Europeans for hundreds of years. Tanzania/Kenya were places where Arabs enslaved Bantus, so their are some remnants of people who are they by product of rape. You can't blame people for assuming anyone who is good looking who is black must be mixed, when so many are in that boat, so to speak. No pun intended. |
Where is TERRYCARR? WHERE ARE YOU? ![]() |
GERALD710:The guy pretending to be Somali, so he can say Somalis are Black, finally admits his not Somali. lol I have never seen such inferiority complex (A word I invented and now everyone throws around like a weave to a group of Bantu women) |
GERALD710:Aren't those the ones who are Mixed? No pure Bantu/Negro can look like a Somali/Ethiopian. |
KenyanLady:Your education is terrible. 1- No such thing as looking African, its a continent. 2- It's like saying Indians are not Asian because they dont like Chinese 3- You are simple minded and assume that because Cushitic people dont look like Bantus/Nilotic that we are Mixed. Have you ever thought we might be the original humans, as the horn provides the two ways to go out of Africa via red sea, and nile river? Maybe have you thought that you are the one who degenerated downward from the original people in the horn of Africa? 4- This map is based on Genetics and tells you who came first, and you can see as the people move farther away from the Horn, the less they have our DNA, which means people came from the Horn.
|
gallivant:Don't throw around the warrior so loosely, as I am Somali and am its ultimate defitionion. Ironic such a word coming from the people who have been the slaves of every race. |
gallivant:My bantu friend, Bantus live to care about what Horn Africans think and care about. It was on this forum that they were upset that my fellow Somalis identified as Somali and not Black, that led to hours of tens of pages of conversation. |
gallivant:Lol. Eritrea asked to be part of the Arab league and was given observer status. They are majority Christian, with a muslim minority around 30 percent. Ethiopians who have the AU HQ are racist as hell, and only use AU to further their political objectives. My overall point being, people in the Horn have always used outsiders against each other. Somalis used Arabs/Turks and Ethiopians used Portugal and now are using the AU against Egypt, which is why Egypt and Turkey have been rebuilding the Somali police and military. People in the horn are in another level of politics and dont care for this Pan African you throw around. The main objective of Islam and Muslims is to convert all the people of earth to Islam, not for Somalia to join Pan Africanism Shiiid. ![]() |
KenyanLady:Somalis are not mixed. Ethiopians and eritreans and Nubians look like us are they mixed too? Thats over 150 Million people. Keep in mind Arabs came from us, as they never controlled our land, but we once controlled their land. |
adamskutty:Lol, it's good to finally rest, and let my people do my work for me. I got so tired of talking to Bantus. |
gallivant:Their already inhabited and governed by Somalis. Only a matter of time. Bantus are narrow minded and some how falsely believe that a land mass can dictate a peoples ambitions and world view. Somalia and Djibouti joined Arab league to counter balance African Union, and Somalia's staunchest supporter in the African Union are Egypt and Sudan. |
barwaaqo:Lol, I live in Minnesota. Their is no Pan African at all. Stop lying to yourself. Somalis opened their own schools, shops, etc. The mosques dont like NON muslims, and the non religious Somalis are patriotic and want Somalia to be successful and nothing to do with Africans. If Somalis can't get along with Kenyans, or the Bantus inside of Somalia, do you thing they are magically Pan African now? I guess a crazy person, will create their own world view. Just a few days ago, A Somali shop owner killed a Negro is South Africa. Somalis are more likely to be Pan Arab than Pan African. Somalia is part of the Arab league, even though we are not Arab. |
barwaaqo:Its been over a month, your still trolling as a Somali. Whats funnier is your doing a terrible job. Your talking about Somalis being Pan African, yet the primary goal of Somali government and Alshaabab is to take Northern Kenya and Ogaden. The most liberal Somali government is anti Negro, and Bantus in Somali who are a small minority have no rights and live like 2nd class citizens. Good luck pretending to be Somali. A simple Somalinet read, will wake up any delusional afrocentric who is skeptical. |
barwaaqo:Your pathetic, still trolling as a Somali.......still? If you were Somali, you would know how anti-pan african Somalis are. |
Google abyssinian-Adal war. Adal was a Somali Kingdom Between 1529 and 1543, the Somali military leader Imam Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi defeated several Ethiopian emperors and embarked on a conquest referred to as the Futuh Al-Habash ("Conquest of Abyssinia" , which brought three-quarters of Christian Abyssinia under the power of the Muslim Sultanate of Adal.[5][6] With an army mainly composed of Somalis,[7] Al-Ghazi's forces and their Ottoman allies came close to extinguishing the ancient Ethiopian kingdom. However, the Abyssinians managed to secure the assistance of Cristóvão da Gama's Portuguese troops and maintain their domain's autonomy. Both polities in the process exhausted their resources and manpower, which resulted in the contraction of both powers and changed regional dynamics for centuries to come. Many historians trace the origins of hostility between Somalia and Ethiopia to this war.[8] Some scholars also argue that this conflict proved, through their use on both sides, the value of firearms such as the matchlock musket, cannons and the arquebus over traditional weapons.[9] |
gallivant:I have lived in america mostly my whole life. Somalis had sultanates. Ajurran, Adaal. |
gallivant:Arabs in east africa were not slaves. They came from Oman to enslave Kenyans, tanzanians, thats the reason why so much of their language has been wide spread in east africa and mixed with bantu languages : SWAHILI Funny you speak of a region your not from. The entire area was the backwaters of Somalis/Arabs especially after Somalis defeated Ethiopia in 1500's. |
gallivant:Your just repeating what I said. Arabs had slaves in Kenya and Tanzania for hundreds of years. Portugal came to Kenya after they were defeated by Somalis when Somalia and Ethiopia went to war. Ottoman empire was on the side of Somalis and the Ethiopians and Portugal were allied together. |
adamskutty:What part was a lie? It is well known Somali history, its recored by ancient Egyptians, Yemenis, Turks, Greeks etc. |
TerryCarr:Slavery in Ethiopia has existed for centuries. The practice formed an integral part of the Afro-Asiatic-dominated Ethiopian society, from its earliest days through to the 20th century. Slaves were traditionally drawn from the Nilotic Shanqella populations inhabiting Ethiopia's southern hinterland. War captives were another source of slaves, though the perception, treatment and duties of these prisoners was markedly different.[1] Slaves were also sold abroad as part of the Arab slave trade, serving as concubines, bodyguards, servants and treasurers.[2] In response to pressure by Western Allies of World War II, Ethiopia officially abolished slavery and involuntary servitude after having regained its independence in 1942. On 26 August 1942, Haile Selassie issued a proclamation outlawing slavery.[3] |
adamskutty:My history is not those of Southern Ethiopia. My history is documented and well known by many people. |
gallivant:Somalia as a country was created in 1960. But Somali is an ethnicity, and exist for hundreds of years, and had many kingdoms. Fyi, in the video, he says Somalis sailed an helped Kenyans against the Portuguese, in reality they helped the Arabs who enslaved the Kenyans against the Portuguese. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z98Thrtwf8A |
gallivant:Well most africans were on the coast and that 10Kilometers meant tens of thousands of slaves. Oman controlled the area for a couple hundred years. To the point that Swahili is made a good chunk of Arabic. |
adamskutty:Lol, you are just joking now. It only makes you look foolish when all the achievements you talk about Negroes in Ethiopia is all made up. lol |
