It was a nomad who discovered it in modern Ethiopia ogaden region which is inhabited by Somalis. The only Ethiopians who are nomads are Somalis.

The people in Ethiopia/Somalia/Eritrea/Djibouti were one country before Islam. It was our ancestors who discovered Coffee....but the only people who are in that region today and who are nomads are Somalis

The land that is now northern Somalia, specifically Zeila, was the land that the prophets companions settled when they were given asylum but Abyssinia. Much of the land that is now Ethiopia was controlled by Somalis and vice versa for the past 600 years.

1/3 of the land in Ethiopia currently is occupied by Ethnic Somalis (Ogadenia). Somalis basically took over most of Ethiopia in the 1500's.

Please stick to your West African Jungle and dont bother yourself with the ancient rich history of the Horn.

our people are as old as Islam itself, we were the people that gave asylum to the prophets companions when they were getting persecuted. The Ethiopian king gave the arab early muslims asylum, the land they settled was in northern Somalia....Somalis slowly accepted Islam and began to form a Somali identity and later broke off from Ethiopia (Abyssinia)
