The best way to come to Obubra is going through Abakaliki then take a bus or cab to Ekureku, there you would see cabs and buses going to Obubra for those who wants to save money.

Since he's flying, Calabar is just 2.30mins drive to Obubra. The road is straight so whether you are coming from Calabar or other parts of Cross river you must have to drive through this bad road.

Please help. I registered batch c14 got a callup number but didn't get a callup letter though school and Nysc apologized. Last week I got a text from Nysc saying "YOU SHOULD ONLY LOGIN TO THE NYSC PORTAL WITH THE ACCOUNT YOU USED IN THE LAST BATCH. NO NEED TO REGISTER AFRESH BECAUSE YOUR PAYMENT IS VALID" since then I kept trying but keeps saying " NO VALID DETAILS FOUND" but when I check the senate approved list, you wouldn't believe it my details are up to date. Please what should I do. We've been to Nysc HQ Abj is been done yet.

Bro I'm having same iss, I and some 57 students affected in Imsu met with the dean student affaires informing him on the issue at hand. He immediately swung into action by calling the Nysc state cordinator at Abj to ask him why we can't have access to our c14 account and why we can't create a new account if the old account is invalid, the man then replied saying that those students that the school reported to them for having not settled with the school but went ahead to register online for the c14 were blocked and mat num blacklisted On the Nysc portal and can't use the portal until the school that requested them barred will write a letter to Nysc and sidmach requesting them to unbar/unblock the affected staudents. Not doing so would cost them this batch.

gasping making it difficult to catch your breath

-The longer you are exposed to cold water, the
more you lose your ability to move your
extremities. If you haven’t been able to get out of
the water in 5-15 minutes you need to stop
moving. Movement will deplete your energy
faster and increase heat loss.
-Hypothermia is a condition in which the body
loses heat faster than it can produce it. Violent
shivering develops which may give way to
confusion and eventually cardiac arrest or
unconsciousness.
If you fall in the water, in any season, you need
to know cold water survival skills. Many of our
nation’s open waters are mountain fed, and
water temperatures even in late summer can run
low enough to bring on this condition under
certain conditions.

-Don’t discard clothing and dress warmly with
wool clothing. Clothing layers provide some
warmth that may actually assist you in fighting
hypothermia. This includes shoes and hats. A
popular myth is that wet clothes will weigh you
down in the water and they are actually only
heavy when you are out of the water.
-Wear your life jacket! This helps hold heat into
the core areas of your body, and enables you to
easily put yourself into the HELP position. HELP
(Heat Escape Lessening Posture) by drawing limbs
into your body; keep armpits and groin areas
protected from unnecessary exposure – a lot of
heat can be lost from those areas, as well as the
