@bularvz does that mean u will have to resend another waec transcript and scratch card to Wes or only the scratch card?

Pls I have an issue. The agent helping me for my travelling told me that the University in the usa refuced to verify my University transcript because my transcript was not properly evaluated that instead of the transcript to be evaluated course by course, that it was evaluated document by document which made the school to reject my transcript. Am confused cos I don't understand. I need enlightenment on this pls.tnx
