There is a job vacancy at a Food processing company in Lagos.

The company is based on the mainland - Ejigbo. The available positions are:

Job Positions: SALES EXECUTIVE - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Job code: EXE547)
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Job Description:
• Carry out routing of all town shops, supermarkets and pharmacies.
• Identify and generate sales to all major supermarkets, major fast food companies, major hotels/restaurants, cake and bread makers within Lagos.
• Liase with A-account clients (Shoprite, Spar, Hubmart, Justrite, etc) and their merchandisers to monitor sales volume and follow up for repeat orders.
• Attend various trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and conferences to promote the organization and its products.
• Visit potential customers for new business and manage relationship.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Keep record of sales and make same available to the sales coordinator on a daily basis

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences. However, sales and marketing would be an advantage.
• 2-5 years cognate experience in sales and marketing of Food and Beverage to Modern Trade outlets e.g. Shoprite,Spar,Justrite,Hubmart,etc
• Updated database of potential clients/customers previously dealt with. (with evidences)
• Deep knowledge of towns and areas within Lagos.

• Good report writing skills
• Numerical ability
• Ability to work with MS applications (MS Word and Excel)
• Verbal communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills are very essential
- Must be Social Media Savvy




Job Positions: ACCOUNTS/CREDIT CONTROLLER (Job code: ACC107)
Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Job Description:
• Keeping account books and records.
• Keeping and updating all expenditure sub heads via daily postings of expenses vouchers; i.e. cash & cheques.
• Keeping accurate accounts of creditors via supplies made and payments made there on; both cash and cheque payments.
• Oversight function of stocks and inventories.
• Prepare weekly and Monthly schedule of creditors/Debtors
- Interface and visit Company's clients to solicit prompt payment of outstanding debts.

Candidate Requirements:
• HND/BSC in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting role.
• MUST be computer literate.
• MUST have a working knowledge and practical application of the SAGE/PEACHTREE accounting software.
• MUST be able to work with little or no supervision.


Key skills

• Good report writing skills
• Numerical ability
• Ability to work with MS applications (MS Word and Excel)
• Ability to work with Sage/Peachtree Accounting software.
