I made payment for MRV on the 25th of March but I keep getting the message that my request to schedule an appointment is awaiting approval since then. Any advice on how to proceed?

I need help with WES verification. I have four names (first name, last name, and two middle names) listed on my passport but my academic credentials contain just my first name, initial of one middle name and last name. My other credentials only has my first and last name.
Please advise on how to present the names for WES verification.
