• Minimum OND/Diploma/NCE in any related discipline

• Age: 22-35

Specification

• Represent the bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers

• To accept retail and/or commercial deposits, loan payments, process checking and savings withdrawals

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained

• Comply with all bank and regulatory body policies, procedures and regulations

• Verify and receive loan and utility bills payments.

• Promote the bank’s products and services by cross-selling, ascertaining customers need and directing customers to the customer relationship officers or officers concerned.

• Escalate issues on cash shortage, overpayment, loss and theft.

• Balance cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations including periodic batching of cashed checks.
• Process credit card cash advances.

• Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash.

• Providing additional products including Cashier’s Checks, Personal Money Orders.

• Responsible for cash deposit and withdrawal transactions as well as cheque deposits

• Responsible for electronic transfers (both local and international).

• Responsible for identifying and escalating areas of risk / loss and or system inefficiencies

• Ensures all Branch transactions comply with internal and external policy and regulations

• BVN validation

• Cash or truncate Cheque.
