He's obviously telling the truth. I served in Ekiti 3years ago and they worst part of it is that the state don't pay allowee. As we speak all the EK/13C and EK/14A are yet to get their 50k. At least that was my last follow up on the allowee issue. I just can't place a single thing I'm missing about that damn, dry, rocky and unappreciative state. I even served in Ado being almost the only place that he life. Yet, it's so ancient only about 5% developed. That's how bad it is. You just have to be on extra cash if you ever want to be a bit comfortable. The rents there is another issue. So I'll advise anyone going there to sit tight and strap up.
