Omo onile are giving us unnecessary condition in Sagamu. 4 plots of land was bought from a particular family 8 years ago. In 2013, when we went to check the property, lo and behold, the children of the family that sold the land to us have sold one and half of the the land to one retired teacher. It was then that we used SARES to arrest them. The guys have to give the man land in another location. Since then, we started to rush the building. The first day we went to lay the foundation, the same hoodlums did not allow the builders to work. They demanded for 45k and fought it. The other neighborhood said that is how they collect money that it is normal. When the building got to window level, they came again To demand for 30k. I tried to call police, but people said that even police can't stop them. That is how they have been coming. Pls advice what can I do?
