I once watched a Youtube video on how to charge your phone without a phone-charger. Long story short, I damaged my new $140 android within minutes. Beware of internet hacks. |

Why not? If people can marry into families with adulterers, fornicators, corrupt politicians etc., why can't you marry into a family with someone who is gay? ![]() |
Where is the controversy? ![]() |
OP - I have just one question for you:Does KCEE look like someone who is drinking garri out of necessity/hunger or someone who is drinking because he feels like it? ![]() |
Jacko1: Its sad really. And these politicians know that as long as they are seen as gods, they can get away with anything. |
erico2k2:Here is a link to get you started. You can do your own research you don't have to wait for others to do your 'homework' for you: https://www.theguardian.com/global-development/2012/apr/17/nigeria-governor-james-ibori-sentenced |
The names are not readable. So,what's the point in posting them? |
I expect his family members and close friends to be rejoicing. However, the broader populace of Delta, should take up stones and sticks to meet him at the airport. When a man and his family 'eats' your commonwealth - he is in essence banishing you and your future generations to servitude and hell on earth. |
It appears Lagos (my place of birth) has been blessed with two very good governors in a roll. However, wonks like myself desire to look into the details of Ambode's achievements thus far. Is the middle-class in Lagos growing? If so, at what rate? If not, why not? Lagos needs a constantly expanding middle-class to sustain the sheer number of people pouring in every single day. |
It seems you have a choice to make: A. Stay married to a man who obviously has no respect or even love for you. B. Divorce him and hope you get someone who will love and respect you OR at least have peace of mind as a single mother. If your choice is B then you need to act fast - get a lawyer and protect the interest of your child. However, if you chose option A then you should prepare yourself for this life. Go and talk to his mother, to find out how she was able to cope with your father-in-laws philandering ways. Your mother-in-law will be the best resource if you choose to stay with this good for nothing man. |
I am still interested in the source of this man's wealth. Not just him but the vast majority of our politicians. We live in a country where powerful people are not held accountable for their deeds let alone their words. They flaunt their wealth right in our faces. Yet the simple query of the source of all this opulence is treated with indifference and sometimes derision. The media has a role to play - NEVER stop asking. Ask them in the morning. Ask them in the afternoon. And when the sun sets, ask them again. Continue non-stop until you wear them down psychologically and mentally. Make it hot for them - otherwise, they will continue to plunder our commonwealth. |
We have to (as a people) move away from this political idol worship. Our political leaders have to see themselves as servants of the people. So, by encouraging this cult of personality, we are in effect doing the exact opposite of what we need to do in this country. Kwankwanso might be a good governor but he should be encouraged to do more instead of been treated as some messiah. When a politician does his job well - that is what he was elected to do. You don't go around bowing down to a plumber simply because he did a good job with your plumbing system. You thank him and pay him his due. Shikena. |
