vanbonattel: When they told me in 2015 that Buhari was coming to fight corruption, I laughed till I fell into a deep bowl of amala
How can a man who slammed Ekwueme (vp) with 300 years jail term and allowed his brother Shagari (president) walk away free fight corruption?
How can a man who claimed Abacha was not corrupt fight corruption?
How can someone who supervised the PTF hauling of money into abacha pockets pose as anti corrupt?
Buhari was introduced just to dismantle the government of Jonathan because the SW thought that the SE are becoming too powerful. They supported the unelectable buhari just because their selfish interest. U have a point there. We need fiscal federalism or Niger delta Republic period |

Politics › Re: Fashola Inspects Amukpe-Eku-Abraka-Agbo Abavo Road,Delta(photos) by akoko11: 10:31pm On Feb 18, 2017 |
mapet: 1. You remember Fashola was given those 3 ministries is to reduce the costs and not to run a behemoth of government cabinet that amounts to nothing. There are Juniour ministers who supports him and not a one man show 2. The problem in the power sector are not unsurmountable, it is just capital intensive and you don't get to see the outcome until the whole system is ready 3. The commercial and Legal framework/problems in the ministry and the projects itself requires someone with a tested antecedents of success and that is where Fashola comes in. Take the issue of Enugu Disco vs Geometrics for example, this was a case that was in court becos the previous govt's team wither messed up or tried to unfairly outplay Geometric. For over two years the project was stuck as the litigation instituted by Geometric just stalled the project on that axis...... 4. The problem in power has an immediate first-level solution- Let Niger-Delta boys stop blowing up pipelines that feeds gas to power plants. That is taking away almost 3.8GW cummulative. Add that to the current 3.4GW and tell if we will not have a much improved power What are you talking |

gawu1: The usual song/ranting of wailing wailers! Your gullible hero had got 6yrs opportunity to turn things around in the land of the living deads, but he proved he was an ineffectual buffoon by turning every ghost in the land to zombi. The best things he knew how to do was drinking to stupor and pilfering from national purse. The pathetic thing is that he transformed some zombies to wailing zombies. Now that they are wailing profusely more confusion has set into their mixed; the last strew that shall not only break the camel's back, but that shall also end the camel's life. Whether wailing zombies like it or not sheriff, a man they sometimes ago referred to as known Boko Haram pinkin before he joined them has come to stay as their chairman. A ghost king shall lord over you till 2023 and a Boko Haram sponsor shall remain your chairman till thy kingdom comes. Alas! You have alternative in Biafra. Niger delta Republic is what we want |

shukuokukobambi: Jokes and anger aside, was it APC that imposed Sheriff on PDP? Won't you be happy if your enemy is scoring own goal anyhow? Do you expect APC to be praying and wishing PDP to resolve their problems? The 2 parties are evil and they're both winching themselves. See what PDP did to APC in the senate for example.
I agree with you One luv bro, Fiscal federalism is a must or Niger Delta Republic |
