Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule
Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
Utilise any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production
Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time
Develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives
Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with members of the purchasing team
Support supplier meetings and negotiations to ensure demand for materials is met
Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of the purchasing team

Requires a Bachelor's degree social sciences or any related course
At least 3 year relevant work experience in FMCG industry or related companies.

On the regret mail thingy.

I once interviewed with a top3 MC firm. They promised personalised feedback after the interview. Most peeps got called or mailed within a week (either good or bad). Some of us didn't.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I called them. They apologized, gave some excuses (my lines didn't go through. *what in the world happened to my email?*) and promised to get back ASAP.
I waited another 2/3 weeks. Then I got this 'personalised' feedback from someone that wasn't even on my panel .

Summary "even though... we didnt... hence we regret... we wish you well in..."

The point is these things (feedback issue) happen *for whatever reason* not perculiar to HCP or 9ja alone

I don't get your point. You cannot dictate to a firm when to send feedbacks. when your father isn't the owner of the firm. Companies will always use their discretion. Some firms contact only the "successful" ones. What will you do in that situation? shoot them?

I wrote the coronation bank test, fortunately i was called for the assessment centre alongside 50 other smart young Nigerian. Your article is like saying the 56 guys and babes that made it to the assessment centre didn't merit it. And that is a horrible way to think.

And hey, Considering the assessment centre, HCP and CMB had more than enough staffs to take care of things. And it was really a very tough exercise.

Instead of wasting your energy casting aspersions on an organization because you didn't make it to the next stage, why not channel that energy into preparing yourself for the next recruitment that may come your way.

If all of us were to cook up articles like this anytime we didn't make it to the next stage of a recruitment, I wonder what this board will look like.

Hello house, i havent heard from them tho but i knew it would take this much time, i noticed they've conducted aptitude tests for different firms like NBC and one time it took about a year for them to complete the assesment. So its best you forget bout it and move on, if they are ready they will surely contact the successful ones.
