Not sure if you would pay a new fee but you should appeal within 3 weeks.
Am willing to do the work with you to the extent that the bank statement you submitted is legit and the available balance is what is required by the embassy . If you can confirm the balance your self with your mobile app or receive alert ..I wonder why the bank won't answer them to the affirmative. But if is really a problem from the bank the situation can still be remedied

I don’t think appeal bears an application fee but still you have 3 weeks to correct the problem.

Thanks. The embassy said they contacted the bank to confirm if truly the specified amount was in the account. However since contacting the bank on the 15th of June last month, the bank didn't send any reply, hence the rejection.

I am going to SLU, the deadline is June 1st. However, I sent them a mail regarding the bottlenecks encountered with payment. The school replied and said they would wait till June 15 to receive my payment.

This also applies to other people, please read https://www.migrationsverket.se and familiarise yourself with the requirements for the study permit. Repeating stuff (you can easily find online) multiple times is a daunting task and that's why this thread is somewhat idle.

POF is 8694 SEK/month for the period u will be applying, so if your course is 2 yrs, u apply for 13 months, u multiply 8694 x 13 = 113022sek
If for 1 yr course multiply by 10 months. U put the amount in your bank account.
No, u don’t transfer the amount to the school, u only pay your school fees to the school before applying for permit
