Lagos has a very small land mass compare to other states. That's why the state has been battling waste disposal issue due to her large population. Lagos State needs to be decongested. Lagos State is no longer the FCT.

My brother, I remembered when I moved out from my parents' house to rent my own apartment some years ago. My mum was crying that why did I want to leave this big house. Even where I rented my apartment in Lagos is just N300 tfare to my parent's house. Though I later regretted that action cos of the amount I spent on rent annually. I couldn't catch up with my friends on the number of properties they acquired today.

Naaaa you get sense. Three of my close friends didn't rent apartments till they built their own. They married in their father's house and started building their own houses. Aside from the personal house they built and currently living with their own nuclear families now, they were able to acquire other properties.
