Bwin how long does a Withdraw take?

After winning a good ammount of money on Bwin I transfered a part of that money to my bank account. For thefirst withdraw they require to upload to their website a scanned copy of passport or something simmilar for safety reasons.

I have done all this but its been 6 days now and I havent received my money and also no response from them as I have sent customer service 2 emails so far to see whats happening. But I keep getting automatic emails saying someone will be in touch shortly. It is starting to get annoying now..
I find it unfair as when I made the deposit the money was instantly in my account but now when I want it back I have to wait ages.
Any one had similar situation on this site?
