did I hear you say you have no regrets, that's too bad...I really appreciate the fact you showed concern and gave the information the successful applicant needed as at that time but it would have been better if you had made a suggestion rather than the way you approached it with conviction and certainty. I expected you to do the right thing by apologizing to those you pushed through your word of certainty which later was false to travel, especially those who traveled from far; not just that they wasted their transport fare also they wasted their energy and time.so, tell now you don't have any atom of remorse in you...please admit your mistake and apologize as a matured person you are, after all, you will definitely lose nothing, rather you will gain the respect you deserve for your matured behaviour.

Again sir, I am with them in their sorrow and pity their situation.

But I don't regret my advice one bit. Nigerian Armed forces isn't meant for laggards. You must be proactive in everything. You're not being screened for a civilian job, it's the military.

Military life has never been a bed of roses. If you wish to be part of them soon, you must begin to think and have a mind set like theirs.

Postponement isn't the end of life, and our good Lord will still provide the T.P for them to return to kaduna come July.

The struggle is already on, only the fit and favoured will see the end.

When they invited dssc for the certificate screening, many expected text messages, most stayed back and they missed out especially on that first day (May 1st).

Never give room for excuses. Excuses are for the weak.

1. Nigeria Armed Forces are organised, if not before, it seems so now.

2. What caused the postponement of the earlier scheduled NAF recruits interview was the NDA interview also held in kaduna.
There was a Joint Armed forces selection board for new NDA intakes which I strongly believe those in present Air force selection board are among.

3. Now that they are done they wish to face theirs (Airforce) squarely and be over with it.

4. If you're still waiting for text message while your name appeared in the list and you know the date advertised is June 8th , u are clearly OYO.

5. Lastly, for DSSC, there will surely be an increase in the number of intakes. So if you're losing hope and having doubts, keep on. If you wish to find yours back please do.

I sincerely hope our recruit brethren will brief this thread of their encounter in Kaduna.

That's a big lie. The problem is guys are easily intimidated by beautiful ladies, especially those who carry themselves well and have both the look that they don't take shit and they actually don't take shit.


I'm in that position and it's just and it's just tiring, especially with the fact that plus my looks I'm 5ft 9 inches tall. Even some of my class teachers from secondary school and lecturers are intimidated by just looking at me without even getting to know me. You see them being all of a sudden small voiced, nicer or even stammer.

This intimidation makes good guys with good intentions approach the girls less while players who know they have nothing to loose if they are turned down approach her more.

If she is now beautiful, has a great career and and knows what she wants from a relationship hmmmm.

Whether 5'9 or 10ft, the lady that will intimidate me with her looks hasn't been born.
But I'm pretty sure she can scare me with her arrogance or the new baptismal name "don't take poo"
They can hang all they want on that high place claiming class, beauty or whatever they term it. Until they "unhang", and stoop low to mingle with nice fellas, I'm sure they won't find a husband, at least not a faithful and devout one.

For the sake of this recruitment NAF said required course computer science and engineering. My course of study is Information technology, and they didn't raise any objection.

I believe the final bustop for a bus coming from asaba-awka axis is Old park.
From Old park pick another bus going to emene, tell the conductor you will drop at airforce base (305 flying training school)
The cost is between 70-100 naira

You are right mimzy. I sent a mail to the NAF about dis retired officer ish,i got a reply that a retired officer can not sign the attestation form.
My question now is how many people have/know a serving officer of high rank? I believe a lot of people are gonna come with retired persons signatures and NAF will just have to accept it.
Letter of attestation of good character,photocopy of international passport and passport of the person to sign.Most officers wont give out all these,how do NAF manage that.
