Your wife and children applying thrice and changing locations imply your family is very desperate to migrate to USA, my opinion.
Why don't you do your own trip and return to Nigeria? Then following year, your wife and children can then reapply.

It is also important to be sure you can fund the trip with ease, my thumb rule is that the total cost of your vacation expenses should not be more than 15% of your annual income.

Thanks for the reply, I have traveled and returned and I did applied after she had applied thrice and i was given. We don't have any intension of migrating.

Please I have a valid US visa but want to go for vacation with my family, my wife had applied thrice (the 1st Lagos, 2nd in Abuja and third in Lagos with my two kids) but was denied. I don't know if I should applied first with my Two kids (5yr and 7yrs) first and she can later applied with my last born( 1yr).

hi Aktyso, please understand that a VO is trained to link an applicant's ties to his/her home country not the country of application per say as you don't have a residence permit in the US with a NIV B1B2 visa. applying in the US can only deliver a decision sooner and not surely positive. all VOs receive same training. prior travel to the US also doesnt guarantee a canadian visa. it plays an important role in your application but the VO is judging your entire circumstance and timing to help him/her make a decision.apply for you GCMS notes to learn in detail why you were refused. in my opinion, being a 'de facto resident' is one major concern a VO may have for US visa holders so in your new application, integrate your itinerary into your explanation letter to make your travel plans clearer and never fail to make your engagement back home crystal clear. best of luck

I applied for TRV and was denied base on travel history and purpose of visit. Though I have visited US and still have valid US visa. My intension was to visit Niagara fall during my next summer Visit to USA. Can I still apply again when I get to US. I lent it is faster there or to re apply when I returned.

Is your US visa stil valid? If yes,say you'd be visiting canada from the US,and you'd spend max 5days.the amount you have is good enough.dont book expensive airlines,qatar is quite affordable.check booking.com for hotels,don't book expensive one.for tour packages ,check viator.com,one or two tour packages is fair enough if you are spending 5days

Please will the booking of flight be from Nigeria to USA and USA to Canada and filling the same in the litenary

please i want to apply for Canada temporary visa though i have a usa valid visa. the purpose of traveling is for tourist purpose which i want to visit in my next summer visit to USA, please should my literary be from nigeria or Usa. Also must i look for a Canada resident person to invite me or booking any hotel will be ok?
