VIRGIN- well,there are still few people that value virginity. Or atleast some early teenagers are still virgins. GOOD JOB- if you have the right connection or excellent grade or enterpreneur skill or other relevant skills etc,you may be lucky to have this. True Love - some people still love their loved ones genuinely. Although,true love is relative and not absolute. HONEST PERSON - Now,this is the hardest to find, because if nigerians are honest with themselves and others,Nigeria won‘t be in this situation we are. Politicians won‘t loot money, civil servants won‘t join hands with politicians to loot money, graduates(some,not all) won‘t have results that they can‘t defend, students won‘t bride their way through university, we won‘t have ghost workers, policemen won‘t collect bride,corruption won‘t ‘ve eaten deep into our community, job appointment would have been on merit,you won‘t go into relationship with someone you don‘t love because of money etc 1 Like |

donedy: So, why should foreign religious be declared a holiday if no indigenous deems fit. I'm a Catholic, but I think it's foolish for the government to be declaring religious celebration a public holiday.I don‘t think it‘s foolish in any way. Statistically,about 90% of nigerians living in Nigeria belongs to either islam or xtianity and the other 10% belongs either traditional religion or irreligion. There‘s no crime in giving 6 or 7 days(out of 365) off for the working masses that hardly have enough time to rest going by the situation in the country. They could ve easily given holidays to the trado as well but we all know that there‘s no way they will all worship their different gods on the same day. No way! |
