What do they want to verify again ♀️? I went to school and I submitted certificates to prove that. Except they're confirming from the bank though but Im just really edgy Acanubs: For some, another message do usually follow that to ask for additional documents. In this case, it could be that they need little time to verify some of the documents you submitted . |

None, they just sent this Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days. Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible. We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection. Kind Regards, UK Decision Making Centre teewhyelect: meaning they have started attending to it. But what document are you required to provide with this NSF mail? |

Please I have someone that is currently having the same issue as your brother. Please has his wife left the uk and what visa did she apply for? Is it dependent or marriage visa? omopapa: Hello Gurus in the house,
So my brother has leave to remain in the UK when he had a child with a girl in the UK. He’s not in a relationship with the girl but he’s playing his father role for his son.
Now he visited Nigeria and married another lady. The question is, can the lady apply as a dependent on him to go to UK.
She was going to apply as a visitor and declare to be married but I told them if they find out she’s married to my brother who’s in the UK they might think she’s going to reunite with him and not come back, hence affect the decision.
Is it better to apply as a visitor or apply as a dependent on him
My brother works with the NHS and earns about £21k annually |

Are you saying that there's a human rights law that will prevent him from having a private life in the uk till he obtains ILR? Broadenyourhori: It depends on what bases your brother got his leave to remain. If he is a student, there is a possibility for his wife to join him as a dependent as long they meet the conditions.
If he got his LR based on his child - Human right law, he cannot bring in a dependent until he gets his ILR. |
