In 2012, look up the reports of the subsidy shooting

In Kano, seven persons were said to had been killed while over 30 others were injured when the police fired shots at protesters. At the Murtala Specialist Hospital, the Chairman of the Nigeria Medical Association, Kano chapter, Dr Daiyabu Alhaji told reporters that over 15 personsΒ  were placed on admission and were being treated ofΒ  gunshot wounds. At Abdullahi Wase Specialist Hospital, no fewer than 14 were also on admission for injuries sustained during the violent protest.

The Executive Secretary, Redcross Society of Nigeria in Kano, Musa Danladi Abdullahi told newsmen that 14 persons were brought to the Hospital adding that seven of them had injuries from gunshot.

Read my post with understanding. Did I say North did not protest in 2012?

Did North protest in 2020 when Buhari was there??

The moment they start regurgitating the same lines used by the Tinubu-nutjobs you are alll but sure money don touch their hands. undecided

How much is now the question since the government of the day discriminates. I heard some groups were paid a mere Naira 1500 not to protest. While some others were paid between N5000 and N10,000. Niger Delta youths, 10,000 of them were each promised a monthly stipend of about Naira 50,000 for six months, whereas some Imams and maybe some pastors were handed Naira 16 million each. Student group heads were given about Naira 750,000, and so on. Then you have the free bags of rice handed out for free in the northern states while in the Southern states, it was announced that 50kg bags of rice would be sold at Naira 40,000 We are yet to confirm this isn't yet another audio promise. undecided

From the much I have gathered, it seems that those who would choose not to protest are not having it any better than those who choose to go out there to vent their anger and frustration. undecided

Junkie, why did you delete that your 2012 post where you were cursing Peter Obi for poor performance??

SS did not partake in 2012 protest, SE also stayed away because Jonathan literally handed over the country to the SE leaders then. They felt it was their government. Yorubas protested in Lagos and other states.

In 2020, North stayed away from Endsars protest because they thought it was a scheme to take power from Buhari.

In 2024, Yorubas said they are not against peaceful protest but let everybody protest in their state/region so that we can properly manage the protesters and protect infrastructures

I still don't understand why some people are crying πŸ˜‚

This πŸ‘†πŸΌ is the tribalism card.

Are they telling us there are no miscreants in their state or land that could decide to use a peaceful protest to cause anarchy? So any miscreant that decides to cause chaos on the day of protest is a ''NON STATE ACTOR''.

They love to use this card against Nigerians because they know how effective it is.

South Africa πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ learnt from Yoruba.
If Mc oluomo can tell igbos to go back and leave Lagos during election
The labor party candidate whose father is from lagos and mom is igbo was told that he's not full yoruba
Even the coming protest many non yorubas are told to leave lagos and go their states even those born in lagos. All those championing go back to your states have dual citizenship of other countries yet they are bigots.
So South Africa πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ watch online and are replicating what's happening in Nigeria.

No one stays 150yrs on earth and u leave with no tribe to the land of no return.

Yoruba learnt from Igbos after forming "accommodators" for a long time.

Stop shifting post, Chinedu is an apologetic bigot who never associated himself with his father's root. Has no Yoruba name but adopted one just for election, doesn't understand Yoruba and never cared about it, insults his father's land online and offline publicly but hasn't apologized for his bigotry post up till today.
Bianca married Ojukwu for 22 years but denied Election in Anambra. Akeredodu's wife was flogged with canes by Igbos in Imo state. So, go drink cold Fanta.
Go and look at her names well, they are Igbo names and Surname mispelt. So, her father must be another confused Chinedu from Biafra who wants to develop SA.
