I hope we all recall when the Northerners were against GEJ. When Yar Adua died, the northerners were threatening GEJ to resign, but the south west stoop for him and even voted for him massively. But when he got into office he neglect Yorubas and he paid dearly for it.

The same way the presidency belongs/zones to the North so the Vice Presidency belongs/zones to the South West. Picking V.P from another zone will be a political suicide for Atiku. And it will cost him dearly.
