I'm a guy of 25 years old , please I need your help , I'm addicted to drinking 600mg Tramado everyday , drink one bottle of codeine everyday , smoke up to 5 ties of weed every and I self service twice a day before I sleep , I have been doing this since 2014 and I don't think I can stop it , if I try to stop it for 2 days , I will fall very sick , my body will be so hot , my head will be so heavy and I will be shaking , please you guys should help me , what must I do to quit all this because I know I'm hurting my self :

When you try to stop it you would experience a Withdrawal symptoms. My advice to you is not to pray only, inform your Family members or your close associates and get to a well equipped medical center. Rehab won't cure you, a hospital would have to remove the toxic substance in your blood inwhich they would also work on the way the body reacts to you not taking the drugs.


Its a long journey but I'm sure with you in the right hands you would skipped that part of your life.

You can apply for both jamb and DE. Jamb and DE are two different ways of gaining admission. Even if u do Jupeb in a school like unilag. they will always advice their jupeb student to also apply for jamb. which means they will take DE for Jubep and normal jamb reg.

You are good to go if uvare applying for both. DE and jamb are two different entities. Do not mind the biometric. Jamb has a different database for both Jamb reg and DE reg.

What you guys forgot to add is that European fixtures during weekdays is strenuos for these players.. An Example is Paul Pogba, even though he is an average player, the pogba we know wouldnt play like he did yesterday. Ozil and Sanchez failed to create a simple chance...
