Noblezone you are asking why? As if the reason is not obvious enough?? Jonathan is an infidel from the east who doesn't merit to be the president of Nigeria. He must be subject to the born-to-rule people. Otherwise tell me why GMB is now seen as our messiah, when we had already said no to him 3 consecutive times? Oh and don't forget, a lot of oil mining licenses are due for renewal in 2016. BTW did you forget that this BOKO thing was actually orchestrated to make Nigeria ungovernable for GEJ?? All these are a grand plot aimed at one thing. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but there is no other explanation I see. |
zheroes:Go to Iddu, Oyingbo, or better still, wait at Oshodi. |
NgeneUkwenu:Did you see the " No trading" sign? I thought prof is a SAN?

I don't know if its just me, but I noticed that APC supporters on NL avoid threads that depict good works from govt, but feast on any perceived negatives on the path of govt. Opposition does not mean being enemy to progress, but providing alternative ideas to policies they disagree with. opposition doesn't have to wait till it gets into govt to effect changes, it lobbies to get its point of view to sell. Good a thing, APC has majority in the lower chamber, so what change has those thieves wrought to convince us that APC is better? Honestly, we need to re-examine the kind of politics we play in this land. |
sweettease:So you defence is the bolded. Give me a break, Lady. |
sweettease:Insurmountable economic problems plagued the Buhari regime as petroleum prices collapsed in the face of expanding foreign debt. Buhari instituted austerity measures that caused severe hardship to the average Nigerian. In addition, political corruption continued unabated, with politicians escaping to Western countries with millions of dollars in government money. In an effort to stop dissension, Buhari instituted restrictions on the press, political freedoms, and trade unionists. By August 1985 even the military had had enough, and Ibrahim Babangida took control of the government. Buhari was detained in Benin City but was released at the end of 1988. http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/83801/Muhammad-Buhari |
Udpconcept:The question should be; why the clamour for GMB? Is it based on ethnicity, religion or cos he is the only person who can salvage Nigeria? Mind you, GMB was head of state at age 43, that is 39 years ago. You don't mean to tell me that of over 160 million Nigerians, the coup plotter and the man who banned freedom of speech and actually prosecuted those who dared him, is the only person qualified. Tell me its not out of sentiment you want to vote him. |
Ohhooooo!!!! But he has been blamed for introducing tribalism and religion into Nigerian politics. He has been accused of all corrupt practices even when a DG of NYSC used 800million dollars to build a website. While all he had done was sign the FOI bill that give people the freedom to expose these misdealing. Yet we clamor for he who gaged the press no matter whether they are telling the truth and went on to prosecute those who dared him. I am really sorry for GEJ |
jaytee01:You will call it rubbish because its about your demi god. The truth only shall set you free! Bringing GMB back to power will only aggravate the problems of this country because he has never been a nationalist. |
egokudiowomoney:But Buhari will say Abacha never stole Nigerian Money?? But Buhari will not work for the press freedom (Decree 4 comes to mind) The cabal will be replace by another headed by Tinubu By placing ill qualified people cos of their ethnicity?? Why wont APC criticize constructively by offering alternatives to policies rather than politics of insults, name calling and propaganda?? |
OrlandoOwoh:You need to be realistic and stop throwing unfounded allegations around. Exactly what the prof is saying to minimize. |
Time is of the essence! Prof. we would require you to initiate this meeting and the earlier the better. If not, the ensuing cataclysmic violence that will follow will have all of us running for our lives. NB: Internet paid agents be warned!!! |
We support you Alex. We are yearning for Aba to take its rightful place in the comity of cities. The glory of the days past must be returned and surpassed. Please do not disappoint us. |
nduchucks:Too complex and sophisticated because he is not from the north or west. If he wes. would you be spewing this thrash? You guys cant deceive us any longer. Did question is; was the naira stable under GMB as you guys want us to believe? Answer it or pack well. |
muh4lyf:And Nigeria is not bigger than Buhari and the North? Why use threat to garner votes? We are not fooled. |
Could you and your messiah give us a breakdown of plans that constitute this change. Thank you. |

Ibadannimowa:You are shamelessly irresponsible. A douche bag of highest order. In fact, you are a product of a leaking co.ndo.m. Edddiiiiaaaattt!!!! |
egokudiowomoney:I remember it trending on twitter some months back, #30percent or nothing. That is youths were advocating for 30 percent inclusion in governance. What now happen to that hashtag?? And it is convenient for you to say anyone who didn't vote GMB is a fool. Maybe you should start giving us concrete and valid reasons why we should vote for him, otherwise shut your trap. |
