what would be faith of those that had already uploaded their documents, are they going to re upload them for the second time?

Wow. Paid 3k for mine in lagos.

I paid mine at apapa health centre , according to the dctr if I should follow the normal procedure it will cost me more than 10k as I will run many test including x ray and the rest.

the certificate is not hard to get now. did mine in less than 20mins. its 500 Naira. Though I had to beg d doctor dat I don't ve money for the plenty test n she was so nice .

here in lagos, I paid N5000 for the certificate because according to d dctr I have run different tests including x-ray and so on.

some body should please paste the sample of physical and mental cert. plssssss

I went to a nearby health centre for my physical and mentally fitness cert and they are telling me to pay N5000 and I must conduct test before they will sign. I keep on wondering what test ?
