It would cost u avaragely 4m without finishing. Depends on what stage u call finishing. For that amount should get u to roofing. Again like I would always add it greatly depends on location,design and other factors which u didn't provide.

*A fair size kitchen with verandah but no store
*Waiting room with attached toilet
*3 exits ,front kitchen and back
*back exit to have a porch or verandah
*Proper ventilation for all rooms baths kitchen dining and sitting rooms
*front entry should have a nice square or rectangular shape.

Ok. From our discussion on my page let me know how much i will pay you for a successful design. What i want is a design that dont waste space and not too many curves and yet beautiful to the sight. Here are my specifications
*1 bedroom ensuite
*4 smaller bedrooms with two shared baths
*sitting room fair size with a small bar the size of the baths
*dining area
*kitchen same size as smaller bedrooms ,no store but with verandah
*waiting room with attached visitors toilet
*a nice front entry with square or rectangular column
*3 exit doors front kitchen and back.
NOTE - the land is square shaped and flat .

bungalow is what is needed. Its a country home. 5 bedrooms with smaller room measurements except the ensuite master bedroom. Total 3 toilets . No kitchen store. A waiting room with attached visitors toilet.
