Finally we paid 40maira for a single block and we set 2173 blocks.....do the math.

Close of work today and we where able to achieve set target of 5course today.....

More update some masons have hit the fourth course work in progress........

But still haven't discussed the price of setting one block my experience yesterday thought me a lesson...l planned to pay for digging a partition for 800 but on asking them they told me 600 surprisingly I probed further and got them to do it for 500 I just hope today is same...lol.

We just started this building in ughelli delta state.
It is a combination of 3bedrooms, one bedroom and 2bedroom block of flats. It's a bungalow...would share the details here.
I pegged dug it and casted yesterday.
The number of partitions was 73 after digging and I settled for 500naira a partition so ended up paying 40000 for digging.
We used 28 bags of cement with each for 800 naira labour 28000
Mason 10000 for two mansons
Water pumping machines etc. 5000
Today we would set the foundation walls...stay tuned.

please bros and sis in the house I would love to know what a survey plan looks like, I have been confusing it with a survey plan. infact I can't even tell the difference between the two.
I'll be glad if I can get pictures too.

1.A layout plan is a proper design of several plots showing the positions of roads, buildings(plots) or other constructions commercial , residential, institutional services etc this document is mostly prepared by an urban planner. Also known as masterplan or blueprint. Already designed.

2.Survey plans are the official record of the legal boundaries of land and will usually indicate the dimensions and area of a lot. It is prepared by a land surveyor. No design.
