The plan is not good enough. No adequate ventilation especially for masters bedroom. Visitor's bedroom should not be in front while masters bedroom be at back, that's wrong. Again no visitor's toilet and the master's wardrobe is too small.

On the average, what's the estimated time it takes to develop a building plan (architectural, structural, mechanical & electrical ) ready for approval for an office complex. Assuming one is fully mobilized and paid.
