I support this, I think our society will be free from all this madness, if we try to eradicate poverty. I know some people will say they are thousands of opportunities out there to make money but we have millions of people in poverty. Youths now prefer taking the wrong path to success because is short, which leads to all this we are seeing today, life is too difficult out there , government should do something.

2) aggravated battery.

3)assualt.

4)drug abuse.

5) soliciting for forgery.

His only defence is to plead that he was under the influence of hard drugs with emerging psychiatric problem so he can be sent to a psychiatric hospital instead of doing jail time. He is in a very bad position already having beglen rusticated from school at 400L and now facing criminal charges.

Even at that, he need an alibi to support his claim.

it is the same thing that should be applied to lecturers no lecturer has been thrown in jail for battering a student we see it on social media. Mind you, the lady in particular is someone's wife and mother.

Show me a lecturer battering a student. Then show me evidence of the student reporting the case to the authorities or even the media.

Since you have much hope in charge and bail lawyers then why can't you go and beat up your lecturer after which you can hire one of them.

Assuming the assault took place in public with witnesses, then he may have faced an assault charge.
But the fact that he went into her office, was alone with her in the office and beat her up in her office makes him liable to be charged with attempted murder.

The prosecution can charge him with attempted murder because it cannot be proven beyond reasonable doubt that he didn't go into her office to kill her.
