The board that was screened is still a subject of litigation. The nomination is contrary to the NDDC act. The AGF has advised the president not to swear in the board because its composition is contrary to the NDDC act. This is apart from the fact that Benard Okumagba is a PDP member. The entire APC members in Delta State say they don't know Ben Okumagba as APC member. They know him as PDP member. He can't claim to be in a party without the knowledge of party members.

Why are you deceiving yourself? Ben Okumagba is a known PDP member. Delta APC members don't know him to be an APC member. How come it is only you that is calling him an APC member? Can one be in a party and the party members in the state will not be aware?

Ahmed Lawal has no such power to determine who should appear before the senate committee. He is not the president who appointed them. There is outrage by APC members in Delta State against the Deputy Senate president for sponsoring PDP members in the senate and the media to kick against the NDDC budget presented by Mr. President to the senate . The deputy senate president Ovie Omoagege who solely nominated a PDP member Mr. Benard Okumagba for the position of MD NDDC against the wish of the generality of Delta APC members is planning to contest the governorship of the state under PDP in 2023. He nominated the PDP member for the purpose of amassing fund for the prosecution of his 2023 governorship election. The forrensic audit ordered by the president is threatening his plans to use NDDC to siphon money for his governorship ambition. He was said to have picked a PDP chieftain known as Ejele as running mate. In his desperation to get the board inaugurated, he has hired the factional president of Ijaw Youth Council Mr. Eric Omare to continually rain insult on the president. He has equally hired some PDP senators to frustrate the NDDC budget submitted by the president. The entire members of Delta APC are very happy with the forrensic audit ordered by the president. There is serious tension in Delta APC as at the time of filling this report. The situation is agravated by the deliberate omition of key party leaders in the invitation sent out for the South south APC caucus meeting scheduled to hold by 5pm today in Abuja.

There is APC but the party is dying due to the activities of the cabal. The Obituary of the party may finally take place if nothing is done to reward those who work hard for the party.

Even the governors have seen that APC is going into extinction due to the activities of the cabal who reward people who didn't work for the party because of their personal selfish interest

It is a thing of shame to identify yourself as an APC member in Delta State. All PDP members in the state are living happily and mocking APC members. What sort of party reward byestanders and ghost APC members to the detriment of committed party faithfuls who worked to deliver the party in the state.
