base on d tattoo dey got some one in Lagos, d pix of d tattoo was taken printed and attach to a form. but I dint knw d state of origin of d candidate.

This year's camp i heard a rumour will be in Bauchi because the lagos camp has some issues, but those that did their screening in lagos should pls clarify this rumour to the house.. Sutst, nadensel, davisss and co pls we r waiting. Becos u guys saw the state of the camp weather it is in good shape or not.

My initial response to ur question is i thought u are cadet applicant bt as for d detectives am sure it will follow soon bt dont knw precisely when.

did u count or from d number dat was written on d midical form.

The number was not upto 300 i think it is below plus the list from abuja all in total will not reach 300. Pls any info about camp some are saying end of this month.

Actually if u heard nothing up to now from dss, just remain strong bt dis year rectruitment is at d final stage. any call now is camp.

Actually in kaduna too we have such problem, ppl are many morethan 300 and its only north, how many are u in ur state pls and how many in the Lagos screening in total

What a coincidence!! Wallahi I just received a call from DSS of my state command, telling me to report to their office next tomorrow dats wednesday, bt they didn't tell me anything apart from this. It may be camp or medicals I just don't knw. Bt I will soon knw Wednesday is here. I promised to update the house.

Hello My colleagues, the thread is moving.... am on road construction site, no good network there, u can make or receive call bt u can't browse, unfortunately I dnt have any info regarding camp even though I pushed my source harder to just let me knw when is the camp opening because am tired of this site work, bt to no avail, I just dnt knw why this guys are very secretive. we will wait even if it is next year. This is my little contribution to the thread till next time.

it Seem their recruitment is totally different from other govt agencies if oga at abuja cant change wat state sent. But which ever way let d will of God b done.

What we supposed to knw here is that, apart from the Director General (DG) nobody is powerful than the state directors, because at the headquarters Abuja are full of directors, deputy directors, assistant directors and other ranks. Among the ppl with the above ranks at the headquarters the privilege ones and the deserved ones are deployed to state commands as State directors of Security (SDS).

Oh! My sister I never mentioned any body's name in my post regarding the issue of Oga in Abuja. I only said what I knw, and am NOT totally ruling out the fact that the list may swell in Abuja. What I am stressing here is that no name sent to Abuja from state level will be replaced in Abuja, but they may add names.

There is no final list from Abuja everything is done at state level the headquarters only work on the names submitted from states and any Oga in Abuja who has a candidate he normally send him to his state of origin and start everything from there and dss recruitment has nothing to do with budget. This is the truth my sister. But u have right not to believe!

The thread is lively again, thanks guys for the updates, from what I understand in some of us in this thread is that, Their Oga is in Abuja and all their hope is from their, the thing is nomatter how strong ur Oga is, u have to pass through state level, u most be shortlisted first for aptitude test, then interview. That is the way ur Oga will help u when ur name finally reaches Abuja from ur state of origin. There is no way a person who pass through all necessary stages at state level, he/she's name be removed and replaced with someone who did nothing at state level simply because he has Oga in yellow house Abuja, hmm this. will gonna happen. If that is ur hope u better forget abt. this job and move on. And finally if upto now u are not contacted, Ur referees and reletives nobody contact them from DSS command of ur state, since interview u heard nothing from them, this means that something is seriously wrong. U have to start looking for other opportunities, because over the years that is what the DSS do. This is the bitter truth. A lot of guys were disappeared from the thread knowing that, there is no hope for them. this is the truth.

This shows that u are not well informed brother, the last batch (Basic course 28) were not sent home, they were commissioned on 26th October 2015 and the number is about 385 SIOs, from the initial 420 cadets but 64 were disengaged and sent home due to inconsistencies in their certificates and other relevant issues.

Bros if ur informations are from here say sources, keep it to ur self, because we have genuine info and we are following everything as it happened. Concentrate on ur NAF things and GOOD LUCK, because u need it. NAF needs only 10 per state in two batches, 5 per batch per state.

No body cancel the recruitment, because there is no reason for that,

As for d last recruitment, I was part of it, we wrote the exam on the same day all over the country, I think it was last week of August 2014 and no interview conducted all over the country, and we heard a lot of rumors about the cancellation some are even saying it will be after election, bt to our surprise they call the successful cadets on 2nd Dec. to report to camp on 14 December. I was part of the 2014 thread, I just changed my account here

This year's recruitment there will be no difference, it will definitely come and pass, if u missed out there is always another time or another opportunity don't be bringing rumors here which is clearly showing how wicked u are, (Bad belle) (if I don't get it so does everybody Idea)

As for the time to enter camp I dnt knw, bt am sure it will be very soon, I heard from a reliable source and he said to me very soon.

The truth is a lot of us here have reliable informations, bt we are either afraid to share or we just keep it and wait for the time, bt DSS is not just like other security agencies, they are well organized.

it is only now that people knw how DSS are recruiting, bt before u hardly heard. Even now u cant heard NIA or DIA recruitment.

finally let us keep our fingers crossed and wait patiently.
