Does anyone have 2 plots of land available for sale in Lagos, not more than N500,000 each or N750,000 each, total for TWO Plots ONE-Million Naira, or One-Million-Five-Hundred-Thousands naira in the following areas: Sangotedo, Eleko, Ogombo, Okun Ajah, e.t.c.

Must meet the below requirements

(1) If you're an ESTATE DEVELOPER, do not contact me if you don't have the plot's ''Approved plan, approved layout, the power of attorney and the global C of O and the below documents must accompany the global C of O. Ready to provide me the original recipet from the family property, ready to provide me the survey plan in my name, ready to provide me the deed of assignment showing and stating the global C/O has been covered in my name including the beacon numbers, and a copy of the C/O.

(2) If you're an INDIVIDUAL, do not contact me if you’re not ready to show me the previous seller, or the family of the previous seller in the absence of the previous seller if deceased, do not contact me if you don't have the plot's receipt, deed of assignment, approved survey plan and the C of O. Ready to be patient until my lawyer complete search on the plot.

(3) Seller of FAMILY PLOT, do not contact me if you don't have Global C of O, if you're not ready to sign form 1c, if you're not ready to be patient until my lawyer complete search at the land registry to discover whether the survey plan and the other documents tally and are not under government acquisition. Do not contact me if you’re not ready to be patient for my lawyer to draft the necessary legal documents and you must be ready to sign the Purchase Agreement, the form 1c, deed of assignment, e.t.c.

(4) Do not contact me if you're not ready to co-operate with my lawyer if you're asked to provide some proof /compulsory documents in relation to the plot you're selling for me.

(5) You can join me eat jolof-rice if i finally purchase it, (Optional)
