Really?? its been said before ?? haba then it should definitely be looked into.
it'll help keep things alot more organised and well factioned. We Need to Lend Our Voices to that even if we need to draft a petition or request in the form of a thread and have interested members sign off on it

Maybe I’m just spit balling, Maybe I’m just wondering out loud, but …..am I the only one who thinks it would be a great idea and a huge relief if the properties sections was split in two ?… Real Estate Vs Building/construction sections respectively.

Been tryna supress the thought for quite a while, but every time I navigate 999 threads on property lettings in order to find 9 thread on building/construction, the thought just snarls at me again.
Had to put it out there. I’m curious to know if I’m the only member who shares this opinion.

Its akin to having :
Autos vs Car Talk
Jobs/Vacancy vs Careers
Business vs Investment
Computers vs Programming …etc
Personally….. I think it’ll make ALOTA SENSE

In terms of pricing the hencp pipes are more expensive. But the decision to use any of the two depends on the contractor or client. They are both reliable but for different reasons. The strength of Ppr lies in the fact that it has a thick strong layer and joints are not threaded on glued, instead they are fused together. Why henco strength lies in the fact that its flexible and can run its direction without a joint. It's flexibility also protects it from impact.

In terms of labour cost for installation. Henco cost less because you basically just have less joints to put together unlike Ppr. But the later makes up for that by been cheaper in terms of material requirement.

I see the ppr pipes are laid for the hot water lines as well, how do they compare with the henco brand for the same application, in terms of cost and advantage ?
