depends on your luck...I got approved 20th and collected on the 23rd, even the DHL dude said I was too early that I needed to check after two days but right before I turned back, guess my name popped up on his computer and he got up to get my passport, He was dazed too...so count five days just to be safe...but if you fit spare the T-fare, you can go after three business days like I did

1. You have no discernable home ties
2. You are will to 'package' a visa with 1.2m
3. You are also looking for 'advise on how to do the account statement' meaning you need assistance with fraud
4. U intend to go via conference? What for? The vo MUST see a reason why u are going for the conference.
In conclusion I repeat what @justwise said. U are a serious potential immigrant meaning u have no plans to return.

I am 99.99% sure that you'll be denied. Don't waste your money on agents or the visa fee (if you choose to do it yourself) I can see ZERO ties to your home country, the V.O will see right through you.

You might have already made up your mind and decide to apply regardless of what we tell you, but if you have up to N1.2m I'm sure you can find good use for it here. Being an illegal immigrant in U.S is very tough contrary to whatever stories you might have heard.

First thing first DO NOT GIVE ANY AGENT ANY MONEY.
Then take your time with a jotter and pen or copy/paste onto a word document and go through this thread. All the information you need is here.
Lastly search within yourself and ask yourself if you were in the VO position will I give myself a visa. That is to say you should look at your ties to Nigeria.

Nothing is set in stone but do your research well so you won't dash the embassy your visa fees. Cheers!!

Sorry to say but the best advice is to forget the USA. and build up your life for some time.
Your money is not great and they will refuse you because you want to spend most of your money leaving little to come back to.
With no job your ties to home are weak and you will be refused on that.

Better to save your money for now than waste it on applications that can not succeed.

3. Talking about ties, first do you intend on coming back . Sometimes they miss it o, but more often that not they can see right through an agent-packed application and that's a major stain on your record. Whether or not your agent will give you back your money after failing you? that's between you and them o.
